WELCOME TO MY MICROSITE

SY COLBERT

@SYCABO

I’m a wife, a mom, and I live by the four principles of Faith, Family, Fitness, & Focus, all driven by my deep love for The Most High, Yahuah.

  • Who do you believe in?
I believe in Yahuah (“God”), the Creator of all things, who is one and eternal. He is the Elohim of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. I also believe in Yahusha (“Jesus”), His Son, sent as the perfect sacrifice for our sins and the ultimate example of righteousness. Through Yahusha, we are shown how to follow Yahuah’s commands with love at the center.

    • Scripture:“Hear, O Yisra’ĕl: יהוה our Elohim, יהוה is one!” (Deuteronomy 6:4)

    • Scripture:“For Elohim so loved the world that He gave His only brought-forth Son, so that everyone who believes in Him should not perish but possess everlasting life.” (John 3:16)

What is the foundation of your faith?
The Bible is the foundation of my faith—true, cohesive, and divinely inspired. Guided by the Ruach Ha’Qodesh (holy spirit), I use the Bible as my life handbook. It offers clear direction on how to live in alignment with Yahuah’s will.

    • Scripture:“Your Word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.” (Psalm 119:105)

How did you come to embrace your Israelite heritage?
For much of my life, I identified only with the heritage my ancestors adopted during the transatlantic slave trade in the land of their captivity (Cuba and Dominican Republic.) But as I began to study the Word, I discovered my true heritage as an Israelite. To me, this means living as one set apart through obedience to Yahuah’s commands, honoring His laws, and walking in His truth.

    • Scripture:“And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” (John 8:32)

    • Scripture:“For you are a set-apart people to יהוה your Elohim.” (Deuteronomy 7:6)

What does it mean to live as an Israelite?
Living as an Israelite means aligning my life with Yahuah’s commands. My family and I observe Shabbat, follow dietary laws, and celebrate Yahuah’s appointed feast days. These practices connect us to Yahuah and set us apart as His people.

However, I believe that anyone who follows Yahuah’s commands are His people. Yahuah’s covenant and promises are for all who love Him and walk in His ways.

    • Scripture:“Remember the Sabbath day, to set it apart.” (Exodus 20:8)

    • Scripture:“The appointed times of יהוה... are My appointed times.” (Leviticus 23:2)

How does faith shape your daily life?
My faith drives my core values—faith, family, fitness, and focus—which guide how I live, love, and serve. Through Yahuah’s Word, I’ve learned to steward my time, relationships, and health in ways that glorify Him.

    • Scripture:“But seek first the reign of Elohim, and His righteousness.” (Matthew 6:33)

Who do you hope to inspire?
I hope to connect with women who are seeking truth, balance, and purpose. If you long to deepen your relationship with Yahuah and align your life with His Word, I invite you to explore the Bible through its original Hebrew context.
